Had a wonderful experience at Bella Lusso today. I need a couple of links taken out of my orthotic chain thumb brace to have it fit properly. I had been told by 2 other jewelers in the UMall that it would need to welded. It didn't. They took care of me within minutes with a smile. Very skilled and professional.

It was a complete accident when I stumbled into Bella Lusso (I’m from out of town)...but I’m so glad I did! I’ve purchased many beautiful items from the store but my crown jewel is the custom ring we created. I got to be involved in every step of the design process and now have a one-of-a-kind birthstone ring that looks easily like a $10,000 piece. Anna has terrific ideas about how to remake old items that don’t get the love they deserve and adds a personal touch to every sale. I can’t recommend this store enough!

I have never had a better time in my life then when I was redesigning my engagement ring with Anna and Amy. The attention they paid to my needs and wants for a ring resulted in the most beautiful Disney inspired ring a girl could ask for. If someone could have taken the image from my head and put it on paper it was them. I would 10/10 always recommend them. I have recently moved away and they are still giving me the attention I need from my new home. Love them so much and miss the store dearly.
